You are being asked to contribute your thoughts and recollections to a survey hosted and owned by the Expanding Your Horizons Network, national coordinator of Expanding Your Horizons conferences since 1976.

Your recorded responses will be used as part of the materials generated, and possibly published, by a research project into the effectiveness of Expanding Your Horizons conferences being carried out by the EYH Network. The typed responses that you contribute will be used, in part or in full, for reproduction and/or citation by scholars and other individuals participating in this project. Your participation in this project may allow the EYH Network (previously known as the Math/Science Network),  scholars, and people such as yourself, to gain a greater understanding of the topic of the survey.

To participate in this study you must be over 18 years of age and no longer in middle or high school. Your contribution of any responses or comments  indicates your willingness to take part in the study. Your contribution also indicates your consent to give, convey, and assign copyright in your electronically submitted responses to the Expanding Your Horizons Network, which retains possession of your responses  to use as they see fit with no restrictions, unless restrictions are specified and conveyed to the EYH Network.
